How we work
We take on a small number of projects at a time and stay close to each one. That means the people who design your product are the people who build it, and the people who build it are still there a year later.
Our work sits where design meets operations: platforms, booking systems, portals and internal tools that organisations depend on daily. That work rewards precision, restraint and a long memory — which is what a studio is for.

Erica Victorina Obersi
Founder · Digital Product Designer & Developer
Erica Victorina Obersi is the founder of Studio 3VO, a digital product studio focused on custom websites, web applications and digital systems.
Before founding Studio 3VO, she spent seven years working in New York across digital, creative and technical projects, with experience supporting clients including Samsung.com, ExxonMobil and the USGA.
She also brings a background in law and technology, with a focus on AI, digital regulation and emerging technologies. Her work combines legal thinking, product strategy, UX/UI and development to build digital products that are clear, useful and designed for real-world use.
