The problem
Deborah Da Silva runs a calm, one-on-one studio: Vidal Sassoon-trained, 45 years of colour corrections, balayage, precision cuts and Keratin Botox. Bookings arrived by phone and DM, with every conversation repeating the same questions — how long a colour takes, whether a deposit is needed, what a Keratin treatment involves — and long complex appointments sitting next to short trims with no protection for the schedule.
Approach
We designed the site to answer before it asks. Each service states duration, what is included and any deposit rule where the client is deciding, so an appointment request arrives already qualified. The visual direction stays warm and personal — golden ochre, editorial serif, real studio and client photography — instead of generic salon stock.
What we built
- Service catalogue with durations, inclusions and deposit rules for cuts, silk press, colour, blonding, Keratin Botox and hair spa
- Appointment request flow with the details needed to schedule long colour sessions
- Stylist story section establishing training, specialism and the healthy-hair-first method
- Results gallery of colour, blonding and precision cut work
- Salon policies and FAQ covering cancellations, late arrivals, no-shows, deposits and payment methods
- Contact, location and opening information for the studio
Outcome
Clients arrive informed and prepared, deposits protect the long appointments, and the studio's repeat questions are answered by the site instead of by the stylist mid-service.
